The maximum number of guests is 300.
All rental times include additional time for setup and breakdown, and include a 2-hour engagement or bridal portrait session upon booking (normally $200). We also provide golf cart assistance to the bridal party and any guests needing assistance during the event.

Airlie does not have any equipment available for rent or use for any event. You will be responsible for selecting your vendors. Our venue coordinator can suggest vendors, though you are free to choose your own.
No. The gardens remain open to the public during regular business hours (9am – 5pm). After-hour events may only be scheduled on Saturday.
It is a required condition for all events that you have a qualified Day-Of Planner or Coordinator that is responsible for setup, cleanup, management of vendors, and directing any sort of rehearsal, ceremony or reception.
As a show garden, our blooms change constantly. We cannot project what may be blooming at any particular time or what colors may be featured; however, you can rest assure that no matter what season your event falls, there will be flowers in bloom.
In the event of rain, it is your choice to have a tent on reserve through your rental company for your ceremony. For weddings with a reception, you also have the option of holding your ceremony underneath the reception tent.
No. Our restrooms are the only indoor facilities on the premises, and they are open to the public.
No. Airlie Gardens maintains a non-smoking environment, and our No Smoking policy is strictly enforced. Guests who must smoke must do so in a closed vehicle. Cigarette butts left on the lawn or in the parking lot will result in a loss of deposit.
Flowers and decorations are limited to free-standing placement and may only be installed the day of the event. We do not allow open flames of any kind, but LED candles are okay.
