Enchanted Airlie

When will tickets go on sale?

Enchanted Airlie tickets will go on sale the second week of October.  Airlie Member ticket Pre-Sale will begin the first week of October.  The best way to stay up to date on when tickets go on sale is by signing up for our E-newsletter.

How do I buy tickets?

Ticket Sales will begin the second week of October. Tickets must be pre-purchased; tickets are NOT available at the gate.  You must choose a specific date and time when purchasing a ticket.

  • Purchase Onsite-  Visit the Airlie Gift shop Sunday-Saturday 9am-4pm and purchase onsite.  CASH, CHECK OR CREDIT(Visa, MC or Discover).
  • Purchase Online- Click HERE to Purchase Tickets!  An online convenience fee will apply.
How do I reserve my Enchanted Airlie Member Ticket?

A box office has been created exclusively for members to request their Enchanted Airlie Tickets included in their membership benefits.

  1. If you have not created an online account yet with Airlie Gardens please do so HERE .
  2. After registering SIGN IN to the site and reserve your tickets HERE.
  3. Select your date and time and add it to your cart and check out.
  4. After submitting your request your event ticket will be processed by an Airlie staff and arrive to your email through ETIX (our ticket provider) within 3 business days.
  5. Print your ticket or save to your mobile device to show at admission.
  6. If you do not receive your ticket from ETIX please contact us directly to confirm your submission was received. Until you receive your ticket from ETIX your request has not been finalized.

On Site Requests You can also stop by the Airlie Gift Shop between the hours of 9am-4pm to request your tickets.

Please note: we will not mail tickets to your home. Tickets MUST be picked up prior to your event, there is no will-call and they are not available at the gate.

What is a CARLOAD TICKET?
  •  $30/Carload Ticket(car, standard truck, SUV & Mini Vans ONLY)– Ticket includes onsite parking and admission for all passengers in your vehicle.  All guests must arrive in the same vehicle. NO limos, mini-buses, trolleys, coach or school buses with this option, groups coming in limos or buses, please contact Airlie Gardens for special reservations:  910-798-7700 / airlieinfo@nhcgov.com 
  • $55/ LX Van Ticket(12-15 passenger or sprinter vans ONLY)-  Ticket includes onsite parking and admission for all passengers in a 12-15 passenger van.  All guests must arrive in the same vehicle. NO limos, mini-buses, trolleys, coach or school buses with this option, groups coming in limos or buses, please contact Airlie Gardens for special reservations:  910-798-7700 / airlieinfo@nhcgov.com

Is Enchanted Airlie part of my Airlie Membership benefits?

Enchanted Airlie is included in membership benefits for all levels except Individual. Enchanted Airlie carload tickets must be reserved in advance and will sell out. Reservations are typically available starting around the first week in October.

Family & Camellia = 1 Carload ticket

Magnolia & Azalea = 2 Carload tickets

Is Enchanted Airlie a drive through experience?

Enchanted Airlie is a walking tour.  At arrival you will park your vehicle and walk through the Gardens.  Guests will experience a 0.5m stroll through the Gardens, on a self-guided walking tour while feasting their eyes on a spectacular array of lights and holiday displays. Tram  service is NOT available during this event.  The tour is wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs are available for check out on a first come first serve basis.  All parking is onsite- no walk-ins or bicycles are permitted.

Do I need a ticket for each person in my vehicle?

Tickets are sold by vehicle and includes onsite parking & admission for everyone in your vehicle.  You will only need to purchase one carload or XL Van pass per vehicle.  All parking is onsite- no walk-ins or bicycles are permitted.  PLEASE NOTE:  Enchanted Airlie is a walking experience.

Will the Tram be running during Enchanted Airlie?

Tram  service is NOT available during this event.  Enchanted Airlie is a walking experience, the tour is wheelchair accessible & there are several places  along the tour to sit down and rest if needed.  Wheelchairs are available for check out on a first come first serve basis.  There is no fee to check out a wheelchair.  

Can I bring a large group or vehicle?

There are several options for bringing a large group or vehicle.  Our parking space is limited, so if you are bringing a large group make your reservations early.  Groups traveling in large vehicles which do not fit in a standard parking spot(Limos, Mini-Buses, Trolleys, or Bus) must call to make special reservations.

  • $55/ LX Van Ticket(12-15 passenger or sprinter vans ONLY)-  Ticket includes onsite parking and admission for all passengers in a 12-15 passenger van.  All guests must arrive in the same vehicle.  This ticket can be purchased online.

Will Santa Claus be there?

Yes, Santa will be here each evening from 5pm-9pm.  He is located in the main building classroom area.  There is no extra fee to see Santa & you may take your own photos of the visit, we do not offer any  professional photo packages.  Santa does his best to spend time with each child so please plan accordingly and be prepared to wait in line.

Is the event wheelchair, walker & stroller accessible?

The tour is wheelchair, walker & stroller accessible.  Wheelchairs are available for check out on a first come first serve basis.  There is no charge to check out a wheelchair. 

Do I have to arrive on time?
  • 5pm-7pm ticket holders may arrive no earlier than 4:45pm & no later than 6pm.  You must exit by 7pm.
  • 7pm-9pm ticket holders may arrive no earlier than 6:45pm  & no later than 8pm.  You must exit by 9pm.

To ensure parking is available for all guests, please adhere to your ticket date and time.  If you choose to arrive early we can not guarantee admission or parking will be available until your reserved ticket time.Guests must leave by the ending time on their ticket. Any guests staying past the time indicated on their tickets may be subject to an additional ticketing fee.

How early can I arrive?
  • 5pm-7pm ticket holders may arrive no earlier than 4:45pm & no later than 6pm.  You must exit by 7pm.
  • 7pm-9pm ticket holders may arrive no earlier than 6:45pm  & no later than 8pm.  You must exit by 9pm.

To ensure parking is available for all guests, please adhere to your ticket date and time. If you choose to arrive early we can not guarantee admission or parking will be available until your reserved ticket time. Guests must leave by the ending time on their ticket. Any guests staying past the time indicated on their tickets may be subject to an additional ticketing fee.

 

Can you refund my ticket?

Exchange date & refund requests are not guaranteed and cannot be  made after the ticket time & date have past.  Exchange requests must be submitted at least 24hrs prior to your show time and are subject to a $5 exchange/refund fee.  If you choose not to attend on your specified date and time, you will forfeit your ticket.

Can I exchange my ticket for another night?

Exchange date & refund requests are not guaranteed and cannot be  made after the ticket time & date have past.  Exchange requests must be submitted at least 24hrs prior to your show time and are subject to a $5 exchange fee.  If you choose not to attend on your specified date and time, you will forfeit your ticket.

What if it rains?

Rain Policy: Enchanted Airlie is a rain or shine event. If you choose not to attend on your designated date and time you will forfeit your ticket.

  • Cancellation Policy: it is extremely unlikely that we would ever cancel an event, however, we reserve the right to cancel if the weather presents severe or dangerous conditions to guests, heavy rain and cold temperatures would NOT be cause for cancellation. Cancellation decisions will typically not be made until the day of the event by 4pm. If we have not cancelled the event and you chose not to attend on your designated date and time you will forfeit your ticket. In the event of a cancellation we will email notification to all ticketed guests as well as post to our website, facebook, twitter and edit our outgoing voicemail message. If you do not see an obvious cancellation post on any of these avenues then we have NOT canceled. All event dates are final and we will not reschedule canceled dates

Exchanges & refund requests: are not guaranteed and cannot be  made after the ticket date has past.  Refund requests must be made 24-hours in advance of your scheduled date. Exchanges are no longer available because the event is SOLD OUT.

Can my dog come into the garden?

Pets of any kind are prohibited.

Can I buy a ticket at the gate?

Can I take photos during the event?

Cell phone and casual picture taking to simply capture memories is permitted during the event.  A fee applies to any *”portrait ‘style’” or commercial photography(amateur or professional).

  • Portrait Style photography refers to but is not limited to: bridal, family, engagement, or individual portrait photos; as well as, the use of photography props, formal or event-specific attire, a change of clothing, subjects or models (professional or amateur), a pre-arranged photographer (professional or amateur), or other similar situations, as determined by staff.
