Meet the Locals

Beat the heat by joining educators in the Airlie classroom to meet some of southeastern North Carolina’s native wildlife. We will be exploring our terrariums and learning about each animal and all of their adaptions to survive in our area.

This program will be held indoors in the classroom. Pre-registration is required. 

• When? Every 1st & 3rd Wednesday, July 6th – September 7th, 10:00-10:30am.  Please check-in at the front desk upon arrival.
• Cost? $9 Adults, $5 New Hanover County Residents or Military (with ID), $3 Children ages 4-12, FREE for Airlie Members( Pre-registration is required)
• Children must be accompanied by an adult. Recommended for ages 6 and up.
