Compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), buildings, restrooms and most garden pathways are wheelchair and stroller accessible. A wheelchair is available at the Guest Services Center on a first come, first served basis. There is no additional fee for this service, however an ID is required for wheelchair checkout.
We offer a 7-passenger tram service that is included with general admission. The tram is operated by volunteers and does not run every day. Please call prior to your visit to verify schedule. Visitors are encouraged to walk the grounds in addition to riding the tram. Trams cannot be reserved and are operated on a first come, first served basis. View Tram Schedule
Airlie’s tram is not wheelchair accessible. Trams cannot be reserved and are operated on a first come, first served basis. Trams do not operate in high winds, heavy rain or severe weather.

Explore the Gardens with one of our volunteer garden guides! Groups of 10-15 people can enjoy a 1.5-2 hour guided walking tour of the garden and learn about Airlie’s history and ecology. NARRATED TRAM TOUR

Groups can experience an overview of Airlie on one of our open-air trams, highlighting seasonal blooms and areas of historical significance. Each tram can accommodate up to 6 guests for a 30-45 minute tour. Please note trams are not accessible to all garden areas, so guests are encouraged to explore the grounds on their own after their scheduled tour. Trams are not wheelchair accessible.
