All Tickets must be purchased in advance and will sell out. All ticketing will be done ONLINE or ONSITE. There will be no tickets reserved or sold by phone or at the gate.

Members may purchase additional carload tickets when tickets go on sale to the general public on the 4th Wednesday in October at 9AM. Members may only reserve/purchase their member benefit ticket(s) during the pre-sale.

Tickets are sold by vehicle and includes onsite parking & admission for everyone in your vehicle. You will only need to purchase one carload or XL Van pass per vehicle. All parking is onsite- no walk-ins or bicycles are permitted.
$35 Carload Ticket* Car, Standard Truck, SUV & Mini Van– Ticket includes onsite parking and admission for all passengers in your vehicle. All guests must arrive in the same vehicle.

No – we do not keep a wait list for Enchanted Airlie once dates and times are sold out. Any open tickets will show up as available for purchase on our ticketing page. This includes any refunded or returned tickets. Anyone interested can check the ticket page for returned tickets.
To ensure parking is available for all guests, you must adhere to your ticket date and time. If you choose to arrive early, we can not guarantee admission or parking will be available until your reserved ticket time. Guests must leave by the ending time on their ticket. Any guests staying past the time indicated on their tickets may be subject to an additional ticketing fee.
5:30pm ticket holders may arrive no earlier than 5:15pm & no later than 6pm. You must exit by 6:30pm
6:30pm ticket holders may arrive no earlier than 6:15pm & no later than 7pm. You must exit by 7:30pm.
7:30pm ticket holders may arrive no earlier than 7:15pm & no later than 8pm. You must exit by 8:30pm.
8:30pm ticket holders may arrive no earlier than 8:15pm & no later than 9pm. You must exit by 9:30pm.
NO, Santa Claus will no longer be a part of Enchanted Airlie.
Select snacks and beverages will be available for purchase during Enchanted Airlie 2025 from David’s Deli, Noni Bacca Winery and Mad Mole Brewing.
The tour is wheelchair, walker & stroller accessible. Please note, the tour is a 1/2 mile. Wheelchairs are available for check out on a first come, first serve basis. There is no charge to check out a wheelchair; however, you will be asked to leave an ID. We do not run visitor trams for Enchanted Airlie.
Rain Policy: Enchanted Airlie is a rain or shine event. If you choose not to attend on your designated date and time you will forfeit your ticket.
Cancellation Policy: it is extremely unlikely that we would ever cancel an event, however, we reserve the right to cancel if the weather presents severe or dangerous conditions to guests. Heavy rain and cold temperatures would NOT be cause for cancellation. Cancellation decisions will typically not be made until the day of the event by 4pm. If we have not cancelled the event and you chose not to attend on your designated date and time, then you will forfeit your ticket. In the event of a cancellation, we will email all ticketed guests, as well as, post to our website, facebook, twitter and edit our outgoing voicemail message. If you do not see an obvious cancellation post on any of these avenues then we have NOT canceled. All event dates are final and we will not reschedule canceled dates.
Exchanges & refund requests are not guaranteed and cannot be made after the ticket date has past. Refund & exchange requests must be made 24-hours in advance of your scheduled date. No exchange requests will be honored once sold out. Please read below for REFUND policy.
