Visitor Tips Download Map CalendarBuildings, restrooms and most garden pathways are wheelchair and stroller accessible. A wheelchair is available on a first come, first served basis. There is not a fee for this service, however an ID is required for wheelchair checkout.
We offer a 7-passenger tram service 10am-4pm daily. Trams cannot be reserved and are available on a first come, first served basis
Tram InformationDiscover the rich history, horticulture and ecology with a docent-led tour. Guided tours must be reserved at least 30 days in advance of tour date. All tours require a reservation and are only offered on weekdays.
Guided Tour InformationVisitors are welcome to take informal cellphone and in-the-moment photographs of the Gardens. All portrait photography and commercial shoots require a reservation and fee.
Airlie Gardens is located right off of US-17/Oleander Drive and is convenient to Interstate 40. Located at 300 Airlie Road in Wilmington, NC, the Garden is just minutes northeast of downtown Wilmington and is close to Wrightsville Beach and many other area attractions, accommodations and dining.
