Since 2005, guests have visited Airlie Gardens to take in the sparkling sights and festive sounds of the holiday season. Enjoy a self-guided walk through holiday lights & music. Tickets must be purchased in advance, as dates and times will sell out.

We know that Enchanted Airlie is a beloved holiday tradition and one of the hottest tickets in town, but we aren’t just pretty lights! Enchanted Airlie is our largest fundraiser of the year and supports important projects in the gardens. Did you know that those lights have helped fund our stormwater master plan and the continued implementation of the plan? Airlie is a beautiful, historic garden, but it also serves as the last point of filtration for the Bradley Creek watershed. When the gardens were first purchased, one of the main drivers was improving water quality in Bradley Creek and that remains a priority. Development in the past 10 years has greatly impacted our gardens. We know that 2024 will be an important year as we focus once again on the best way to handle the millions of gallons of stormwater that enter the gardens.

Tickets must be purchased in advance, as dates sell out quickly. Tickets may be purchased online or onsite. All ticket options include onsite parking and entry for all passengers. You will only need to purchase one CARLOAD or XL VAN TICKET per vehicle. No walk-ins or bicycles are permitted.
CARLOAD TICKET $35 | Car, Standard Truck, SUV & Mini-Van. Vehicle must fit in a standard parking spot.
XL VAN TICKET $65 | Up to 11-Passenger or Conversion Vans
GROUP TICKETS $85/nonprofit organizations; $125/for-profit organizations | 12+ Passengers in one vehicle. Requires special reservation & space is limited – Click here to complete the group reservation request form
Refunds & Ticket Exchanges | Airlie Gardens does not process refunds or ticket exchanges. You may request a refund or ticket exchange through etix by completing the online form. Requests will be approved based on ticket availability. Refunds or exchanges will not be approved after your current ticket date and time. Online ticket fees will not be refunded.

Please fill out the form to request your membership number. Your member number will be emailed to you within 24 hours. *Due to the high volume of requests, member number requests must be submitted by 12 noon on Monday, October 21 to ensure processing before tickets go on sale to the public at 9am on Wednesday, October 23. We will make every attempt to get your member number to you as quickly as possible after that cutoff time, however, it is not guaranteed that you will receive it by the public on sale. We will not be able to process member number requests the morning of October 23.

Tickets are sold by vehicle and includes onsite parking & admission for everyone in your vehicle. You will only need to purchase one carload or XL Van pass per vehicle. All parking is onsite- no walk-ins or bicycles are permitted.

Yes, tickets are limited to (2) tickets per transaction.
No – we do not keep a wait list for Enchanted Airlie once dates and times are sold out. Any open tickets will show up as available for purchase on our ticketing page. This includes any refunded or returned tickets. Anyone interested can check the ticket page for returned tickets.
To ensure parking is available for all guests, you must adhere to your ticket date and time. If you choose to arrive early, we can not guarantee admission or parking will be available until your reserved ticket time. Guests must leave by the ending time on their ticket. Any guests staying past the time indicated on their tickets may be subject to an additional ticketing fee.
5:30pm ticket holders may arrive no earlier than 5:15pm & no later than 6pm. You must exit by 6:30pm
6:30pm ticket holders may arrive no earlier than 6:15pm & no later than 7pm. You must exit by 7:30pm.
7:30pm ticket holders may arrive no earlier than 7:15pm & no later than 8pm. You must exit by 8:30pm.
8:30pm ticket holders may arrive no earlier than 8:15pm & no later than 9pm. You must exit by 9:30pm.
NO, Santa Claus will no longer be a part of Enchanted Airlie.
Select snacks and beverages will be available for purchase during Enchanted Airlie 2024 from David’s Deli, Noni Bacca Winery and Mad Mole Brewing.
The tour is wheelchair, walker & stroller accessible. Please note, the tour is a 1/2 mile. Wheelchairs are available for check out on a first come, first serve basis. There is no charge to check out a wheelchair; however, you will be asked to leave an ID. We do not run visitor trams for Enchanted Airlie.
Rain Policy: Enchanted Airlie is a rain or shine event. If you choose not to attend on your designated date and time you will forfeit your ticket.
Cancellation Policy: it is extremely unlikely that we would ever cancel an event, however, we reserve the right to cancel if the weather presents severe or dangerous conditions to guests. Heavy rain and cold temperatures would NOT be cause for cancellation. Cancellation decisions will typically not be made until the day of the event by 4pm. If we have not cancelled the event and you chose not to attend on your designated date and time, then you will forfeit your ticket. In the event of a cancellation, we will email all ticketed guests, as well as, post to our website, facebook, twitter and edit our outgoing voicemail message. If you do not see an obvious cancellation post on any of these avenues then we have NOT canceled. All event dates are final and we will not reschedule canceled dates.
Exchanges & refund requests are not guaranteed and cannot be made after the ticket date has past. Refund & exchange requests must be made 24-hours in advance of your scheduled date. No exchange requests will be honored once sold out. Please read below for REFUND policy.
